Open Play is a Public Play Time where both members and nonmembers (drop ins) battle it out through various War Zone game modes.
Open Play does not allow the use of electronic blasters (automatic/rapid fire) to ensure Quality Of Game for new players who don't have the hang of things yet.
Due to the nature of mixed public games, Moderators (overseers of the game) are strictly in charge of game balancing and team matchmaking. This ensures that each team is as fairly divided between skilled and less skilled players as possible. 
Many members have been playing here for years, so we try to equally divide the experienced players with the new ones.
