how private events work
Private events at The War Zone are a unique, quality experience made for everyone from age 7 to 70+. Our entire arena is made from a real game design perspective with intention and fun in mind so that everyone can enjoy it. See below to view how an event itinerary breaks down.
Arrive 15 Minutes Early
Waivers will be checked for those playing. Waivers can be done online or in person.
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes as staff needs time to reset arena for you.
Divide Teams, Learn To Play
Create 2-3 teams depending on size and we will then teach everyone how to play with a short video and blaster explanation.
Play Games
Games are lead by our wonderful staff so if you are a parent, you can relax.
Each game is around 6 minutes so they get lots of games!
Party Loft
Our party loft is fully accessible to your event throughout the entire time you have reserved with us, but your celebration use of it is after games (no one wants anyone sick from eating first before running around)
Bring any food or decorations you would like!
